The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) is the New Zealand government agency responsible for enforcing securities, financial reporting and company law as they apply to financial services and securities markets. Mary Holm is an award-winning columnist. Her website provides jargon-free information about share trading and other investment options. Mary is a director of Financial Services Complaints and is a former FMA Board member.
