Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Friday, 9 February 2024 Subject: Channel Infrastructure NZ Limited ("CHI010") - Early Call Message: NZX Operations ("NZXO") advises that, further to the Redemption Notice released by Channel Infrastructure NZ Limited ("CHI") on 14 November 2023, CHI has elected to fully redeem all of the Subordinated Notes which are quoted on the NZX Debt Market under ticker code CHI010. CHI will redeem all CHI010 Subordinated Notes on 1 March 2024 that were not otherwise purchased and cancelled on 14 November 2023 under the exchange mechanism described in the final terms sheet for an offer of new retail bonds, published by CHI via NZX on 3 November 2023. The final day of trading in the CHI010 Subordinated Notes will be Wednesday, 14 February 2024, with the bonds being suspended at close of business. A timetable of events is attached.
