Winton – Confirmation of Director’s Retirement Date

Winton Land Limited (Winton) refers to the NZX announcement dated 24 November 2023 advising of David Liptak's intention to retire from the Board. Winton confirms that David Liptak's date of retirement is effective on and from the close of today, 12 February 2024.
