BIF acquires shares in Cleanery

12 February 2024 Booster Innovation Fund adds Cleanery to its investment portfolio. Booster is pleased to announce the addition of Sustainable Care Company, trading as Cleanery, to the Booster Innovation Fund (BIF) portfolio. Cleanery operates in the clean technology sector, selling a range of eco-friendly cleaning and personal care products that aim to have a reduced environmental impact compared to existing solutions. Cleanery was formed in 2017 and is classified as an expansion stage business. BIF will make a cash investment of $300,000. Following this transaction, Cleanery will represent 1.5% of BIF's investment portfolio which supports over 35 companies, and with a net asset value of over $19.4 million.
