Stride Property Group (comprising Stride Investment Management Limited and Stride Property Limited) (SPG) advises that the issue price for stapled securities under the SPG Dividend Reinvestment Plan operating in respect of the dividend payable on 13 March 2024 has been set at $1.28890200 per share. The issue price reflects a 2% discount to the volume weighted average price on all sales of SPG stapled securities during the five trading days commencing on the ex-date (being 23 February 2024).
