Summerset Bond Offer – Interest Rate Set

NZX & ASX RELEASE 1 March 2024 SUMMERSET SETS INTEREST RATE FOR ITS RETAIL BOND OFFER Summerset Group Holdings Limited (Summerset) today announced that it has set the Interest Rate for its NZ$125 million six year fixed rate bond offer. The Interest Rate for the bonds has been set at 6.43% per annum, being the Issue Margin of 2.00% per annum plus the Base Rate of 4.43% per annum. The bonds will be issued on 8 March 2024 and will mature on 8 March 2030. The bonds are expected to be quoted on the NZX Debt Market under the ticker code SUM050 on Monday, 11 March 2024.
