NOTICE OF DIRECTOR ROTATION Christchurch International Airport Limited (‘CIAL’) advises that Paul Reid’s current term as a Crown appointed director expired on 30 April 2024. It is anticipated that Paul will be re-appointed by the Crown as a CIAL director but this will not be confirmed until 7 June 2024 at the earliest.
