23 May 2024 NZX | ASX | MEDIA RELEASE TOURISM HOLDINGS LIMITED (thl) THL OBTAINS BANK APPROVAL FOR COVENANT AMENDMENTS On 6 May, as part of an update to FY24 earnings guidance, thl advised that, even though it was forecasting to be compliant with its covenant assessments for the 30 June 2024 quarter, it would be engaging with its banking syndicate to seek to amend the covenant package to better reflect current trading conditions. thl now advises that it has received approval from its banking syndicate for the requested amendments to covenants in relation to the 30 June 2024 quarter. thl did not seek amendments to covenants for future quarters as it is forecasting greater tolerance in those periods.
