ASM 2024 - Meeting Results Announcement

NZX/ASX 24 May 2024 Results of Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited 2024 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting During Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited’s 27th Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, held as a hybrid meeting today, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which were supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were as follows: 1. Maria Elena (Malena) Pato-Castel was re-elected as a director of the company. 2. The Board of Directors was authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the ensuring year.
