BNZ announces proposed appointment to Executive Team

Exchange announcement 4 June 2024 BNZ announces proposed appointment to Executive Team Following the announcement by Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) on 16 May 2024 that its Executive, Technology, Mr Paul Littlefair, will be leaving BNZ with effect from 2 August 2024, BNZ announced today the proposed appointment of Mr Paul Norman as Executive, Chief Information Officer, effective 2 September 2024. The proposed appointment is subject to Reserve Bank of New Zealand non-objection. From 2 August 2024 until Mr Norman’s proposed appointment becomes effective, Mr Simon Kwan will be the acting Executive, Technology, in addition to his current role of Executive, Operational Excellence.
