Cannasouth Limited (NZX:CBD) announces that a watershed meeting for its wholly owned subsidiary, Cannsouth Bioscience Limited, was held on Thursday, 6 June 2024. At the watershed meeting, the creditors of Cannasouth Bioscience Limited resolved to hand the control of the company back to its directors.
