CHRISTCHURCH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT LIMITED (“CIAL”) NOTICE OF DIRECTOR REAPPOINTMENTS Christchurch International Airport Limited (‘CIAL’) advises that both Paul Reid and Andrew Barlass have been reappointed as Crown appointed directors for a further period up until 31 May 2027. This appointment has been made by The Minister for State Owned Enterprises on behalf of CIAL’s shareholding Ministers. CIAL’s majority shareholder Christchurch City Holdings Limited (‘CCHL’) appoints four directors to the CIAL Board and the shareholding Ministers appoint two.
