Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Wednesday, 12 June 2024 Subject: Good Spirits Hospitality Limited (“GSH”) – Suspension of Trading and Delisting Message: Further to the announcement made by Good Spirits Hospitality Limited (“GSH”) on 1 November 2023, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that, subject to meeting certain delisting conditions, GSH will be delisting from the NZX Main Board (NZSX). The final day of trading in GSH will be on Tuesday, 25 June 2024, with GSH ordinary shares being halted and suspended at close of business that day. Subject to meeting final standard delisting conditions, GSH ordinary shares will cease to be quoted and GSH will delist from close of business on Thursday, 27 June 2024.
