At the forthcoming Annual Meeting of Shareholders, the shareholders will be asked to vote on an increase in the aggregate pool available to remunerate Directors’, current and future. Attached is a market announcement and the Institute of Directors' Independent Report and recommendation relating to resolution 3 as set out in the Notice of Meeting. Approved for release by the Board.
