A total of 372,474 fully paid up ordinary shares were issued to employees and a director of PaySauce These consisted of: - 330,859 shares issued to employees as part of the F25 Employee Share Scheme, being the award for performance in F25 Q1. - 41,615 shares were issued in lieu of Directors Fees for one director for the quarter to 30 June 2024. Shares were issued at an average market price of $0.2403 per share
