Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

Lower Hutt, New Zealand - 7 Aug 2024 PaySauce Limited (NZX:PYS) announces that its 2024 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting is to be held on 19 September 2024 at 3:00pm (NZT) at the offices of Duncan Cotterill, Chartered Accountants House, Level 5/50 Customhouse Quay, Wellington and online. Other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed in due course. This meeting will be a hybrid meeting, and shareholders will be able to participate in person or via virtual conference. For the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 2.3.2, PaySauce advises that the opening date for nominations for directors is today, 7 August 2024. The closing date for nominations for directors will be 21 August 2024. All nominations must be received by 5:00pm (NZT) on the closing date. Nominations must be made in writing by an Equity Security holder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.
