Settlement of Claim

In its FY24 half year report Move Logistics Group Limited noted that it had received a claim for alleged non-performance of a contractual obligation. This matter has now been settled. Under the settlement Move will pay the counterparty a confidential settlement (with payments occurring in instalments across FYs 25 and 26).
