26 August 2024 Results of Third Age Health Services Limited Annual Shareholder Meeting 2024 At Third Age Health Services Limited’s shareholder meeting, held in person and online on Friday 23rd August at 1pm, shareholders were asked to vote on four (4) resolutions. All resolutions were supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions voted on by shareholders were: • That Bevan John Walsh, who retires at the annual meeting and is eligible for re-election, be re-elected as a Director of Third Age Health. • That Wayne Geoffrey Williams, who retires at the annual meeting and is eligible for re-election, be re-elected as a Director of Third Age Health. • That Steffan Crausaz, who retires at the annual meeting and is eligible for re-election, be re-elected as a Director of Third Age Health. • That the Directors be authorised to fix the Auditor’s fees and expenses for the coming year.
