Morgan Securities plc, to be held in treasury. Number of ordinary shares purchased: 99,323 Lowest price per share paid: 1002.00p Highest price per share paid: 1006.00p Weighted average price paid: 1004.7021p Following the above transaction, the Company holds 70,156,352 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 491,662,664 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
