Notice of FP24 Annual Meeting

NOTICE OF FP24 ANNUAL MEETING Property for Industry Limited (PFI, the Company) has provided NZX with a copy of the Notice of Meeting and Voting / Proxy form. PFI notes that due to the change in PFI and its subsidiaries’ balance date from 31 December to 30 June, the FP24 annual meeting relates to the 6-month period ending 30 June 2024. In light of this and the fact that this will be PFI’s second annual meeting of the calendar year, PFI has decided to hold this meeting as a virtual-only meeting. It expects to revert to a hybrid in-person and virtual meeting for the FY25 annual meeting.
