Retirement of Director – Mark Rushworth

Mark Rushworth will retire as a Director of Freightways Group Limited with effect from the end of the Company’s Annual Shareholders Meeting on Wednesday, 23 October 2024. Mark was appointed a Director in September 2015, bringing extensive experience in the technology sector, predominantly in the high tech and innovation space.
