Resignation of Chair

Being AI wishes to advise that Andy Higgs, BAI’s chair and independent director, has resigned effective at 5pm on Friday 31 January 2025. The Board is continuing its discussions with potential replacements for both Andy and Brett O’Riley, and will update the market accordingly.
