ANZ bond offer – offer closed and margin set

ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (ANZ) confirmed today that the issue size for its offer of unsecured unsubordinated fixed rate bonds maturing 20 February 2030 (Bonds) has been set at NZ$750 million. The margin has been set at 0.95% per annum and the interest rate will be announced later today along with the release of the Final Terms Sheet.
