Capital Change Notice

21st February 2025 Please see attached Vital Limited’s capital change notice per NZX Listing Rule 3.13.1. This notice provides for the cancellation of 190,000 Share Options for ordinary shares related to Vital Limited's Employee Share Option Plan. Per the plan rules, if a participant ceases to be employed by the Company, the securities lapse and are cancelled. This follows the departure of Stuart MacIntyre as the Chief Technology Officer. Stuart’s replacement on the Executive Team is Todd Dickason, who has joined the team as Head of Technology & Operations. ENDS
