Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Friday, 11 April 2025 Subject: EBOS Group Limited (“EBO”) – Trading Halt Application Message: NZ RegCo received a trading halt application from EBOS Group Limited (“EBO”) after market close on 10 April 2025, in relation to a proposed capital raising by way of a placement. The application requested an immediate trading halt of EBO’s quoted equity securities, to remain in place until the earlier of (i) announcement of completion of the placement as described in the trading halt application; and (ii) opening of trading on the NZX for quoted equity securities on 11 April 2025. As the NZX Main Board was closed for the duration of the trading halt period applied for, NZ RegCo has determined that a trading halt in EBO equity securities was not required.
