Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Tuesday, 15 April 2025 Subject: NFFHA – Interest Rate Reset Message: Further to the announcement made by Nufarm Finance (NZ) Limited (“NFF”) today, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the interest rate payable on NFF Perpetual Notes (“NFFHA”) has been reset to 7.9756% per annum, with effect from today, 15 April 2025. The interest rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market open tomorrow, Wednesday, 16 April 2025.
