Northwest Healthcare Properties Management Limited, the manager of Vital Healthcare Property Trust (Vital), announces that Aaron Hockly has resigned as Fund Manager and will leave the business after the third quarter results announcement on 9 May 2025. Aaron has been with Vital for five and a half years, during which time he has made a significant contribution to the business. His achievements include driving substantial growth in Vital’s New Zealand portfolio, strengthening key relationships with Unit Holders, and playing a pivotal role in the development of Vital’s comprehensive strategy. We thank Aaron for his dedication and leadership and wish him every success in his future endeavours. From 9 May 2025, Chris Adams, Co-Head of Northwest Healthcare for the Australian and New Zealand region, will assume Aaron’s responsibilities. Chris brings over 25 years of experience in the healthcare property sector, including as a founding executive of Generation Healthcare REIT, which was acquired by Northwest in 2017. Chris had previously played a key role in establishing Vital’s presence in Australia in 1999 after holding various roles within the group in New Zealand.
