Summerset Bond Offer - Interest Rate Set

NZX & ASX RELEASE 15 May 2025 SUMMERSET SETS INTEREST RATE FOR ITS RETAIL BOND OFFER Summerset Group Holdings Limited (Summerset) today announced that it has set the Interest Rate for its NZ$150 million six year, fixed rate bond offer. The Interest Rate for the bonds has been set at 5.70% per annum, being the Issue Margin of 1.95% per annum plus the Base Rate of 3.75% per annum. The bonds will be issued on Friday, 23 May 2025 and will mature on 23 May 2031. The bonds are expected to be quoted on the NZX Debt Market under the ticker code SUM060 on Monday, 26 May 2025.
