FY2026 Earnings Guidance

Solution Dynamics (SDL or Company) is providing guidance for FY2026 earnings. The predominant cause of earnings change from FY2025 is the effect of SDL’s largest customer moving to a multi-vendor purchasing model in mid-FY2025, following which the Company undertook a significant restructuring to lower its cost base.
