Clare Kearney was first elected to the Board in October 2016 and has been a valued contributor to the Board and the Company during her three terms. Clare is currently the Chair of the Board’s Health and Safety Committee. Chair Philip Cory-Wright said, “we will have the opportunity to thank Clare at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in October for her contribution to South Port during her time on the Board”.
