12 September 2025 Tait Reaches 90%+ Acceptances Vital Limited (NZX: VTL) announces that Tait International Limited has received acceptances to its full takeover offer for 92.082% of Vital’s shares. As a result, the 90% minimum acceptance condition to Tait’s takeover offer has been satisfied. Tait’s offer remains subject to the other conditions set out in the offer document.
