2025 Annual Shareholder Meeting Genesis Energy advises that the following documents will be sent to the Company’s shareholders today: • the Notice of the 2025 Annual Shareholder Meeting (ASM); • the Proxy Form for the ASM; and • Virtual Meeting Guide; The ASM will be a hybrid meeting, with shareholders able to attend either in person or online.
