Interest Rate Set for Notes Offer

Investore Property Limited (Investore) earlier today announced that following the successful bookbuild process for its General Offer of subordinated convertible notes (Notes) it has allocated $60 million of Notes to participants in the bookbuild process. The Interest Rate for the Notes has been set at 6.25% per annum, being the minimum Interest Rate. Eligible Investors are able to apply for additional Notes via the Shareholder Priority Offer which closes on 23 September 2025 at 5.00pm (New Zealand time). The Notes under the General Offer and the Shareholder Priority Offer are expected to be issued by Investore on 26 September 2025 and are expected to be quoted on the NZX Debt Market on 29 September 2025 under the ticker code IPLHA. A copy of the Updated Terms Sheet (updated for the Interest Rate set out above) will be released via NZX later today.
