Director Change Steel & Tube Holdings Limited (NZX: STU) announces that John Beveridge will retire as a director of Steel & Tube, at the end of his current term of office, being the end of the 2025 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting. John has served as an independent director of Steel & Tube since 2019. His experience across the building and manufacturing sectors, as well as distribution, has provided valuable insights.
