Results of 2025 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting

At Air New Zealand’s shareholder meeting, held in Auckland and virtually on Thursday, 25 September 2025, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which were supported by the Board of Directors. Voting on the resolutions was by way of poll and both resolutions were approved by shareholders. Results of each resolution can be found in the attached document. Ends.
