Seeka Advises the DRP Strike Price

Seeka Limited [NZX:SEK] advises that the strike price for shares to be issued under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan applying to the Dividend to be paid on 15 October 2025 is $4.3111 per share. The strike price was calculated based on the volume weighted average sale price for SEK shares sold on the NZX over the period 17 September 2025 to 7 October 2025, less a 2.0% discount. Shareholders who have elected to participate in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan will receive shares instead of cash in respect of the dividend to be paid on 15 October 2025.
