Earnings Guidance Upgrade and Q2 FY26 Operational Update

Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX: PHL) has today released its Q2 FY26 Operational Update and Earnings Guidance Upgrade. Please refer to the attached PDF for full details. Key highlights include: Earnings guidance upgrade: Promisia has upgraded its FY26 earnings guidance, now expecting underlying EBITDAF of at least $6.1 million — representing more than 45% year-on-year growth (FY25: $4.2 million) and up from prior guidance of “in excess of 25%” growth. Occupancy performance: Group care occupancy for September 2025 averaged 90%, a new milestone for the Group. Golden View, Ripponburn and Ranfurly Manor remained relatively stable over the quarter. Nelson Street lifted to 63% for September and 66% at month end. Aldwins House recorded the highest occupancy in its history, averaging 90% and reaching 130 residents across 144 beds at month end. Care suite sales: At Ranfurly Manor, 46 of 57 care suites are now occupied (81%), up from 37 (65%) at 30 June and 29 (51%) at 31 March. A further two suites are under application or contract, which would lift occupancy to 84% once settled. Hercules Health partnership: In September, Promisia appointed Hercules Health as its resident management system partner. Hercules is a New Zealand–designed platform purpose-built for the aged care sector. The rollout has commenced at Golden View and Ripponburn in Cromwell and is already in place across Feilding and Christchurch sites. The partnership will enhance efficiency, reduce paperwork, and allow staff to spend more time focused on residents. Promisia expects to release its HY26 interim results in mid-November 2025, providing further detail on first-half performance and reaffirming full-year guidance.
