At the Special Meeting of Shareholders of Investore Property Limited held at 10:30am today all resolutions were decided by a poll. The following resolutions were passed by shareholders: • Subject to either Resolution 2 or Resolution 3 being passed, the acquisition of the Silverdale Centre; • Subject to Resolution 1 being passed and Resolution 3 not being passed, the Silverdale Centre Letter; • Amendments to the Management Agreement; and • Ratification of issue of convertible notes and shares.
