Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Wednesday, 29 October 2025 Subject: New Talisman Gold Mines Limited (“NTL”) – Trading Halt of Securities Message: NZ RegCo has exercised its discretion under NZX Listing Rule 9.9.3, and applied a trading halt to the ordinary shares of New Talisman Gold Mines Limited (“NTL”). Trading in NTL shares was halted at 11:18am today. NZ RegCo has applied the trading halt while it discusses with NTL the announcement released by NTL at 9.35am today, regarding an agreement for the offtake of gold concentrate. The trading halt will remain in place until: 1. a further announcement from NTL in relation to the agreement; or 2. a market announcement by NZ RegCo confirming the lifting of the trading halt.
