Third Interim Dividend (clarification of ex dividend date)

LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT F&C INVESTMENT TRUST PLC THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR 2025 LEI: 213800W6B18ZHTNG7371 Information disclosed in accordance with DTR 6.1.13 On 6 November 2025, the Company announced that the Directors had resolved that a third interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2025 would be a payment of 3.80 pence per ordinary share. For the majority of shareholders holding shares listed on the London Stock Exchange, the dividend will be paid on 2 February 2026 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 5 January 2026 (the record date). The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 2 January 2026. For shareholders who hold shares listed on the New Zealand branch register, the ex-dividend date will be 31 December 2025 to accommodate the public holiday in New Zealand on 2 January 2026.
