Amendment to Dividend Reinvestment Plan Rules

13 November 2025 NZX/ASX Code: EBO Amendment to Dividend Reinvestment Plan Rules EBOS Group Limited (EBOS) has undertaken a review of the EBOS Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) Rules. A copy of the updated DRP booklet, including the DRP Rules, is attached and can be accessed on the EBOS website at: https://investor.ebosgroup.com/dividend-reinvestment-plan. The new DRP Rules will take effect from today and apply to all DRP participant shareholders from that date.
