19 November 2025 announce@nzx.com SALE OF NZ FARMERS LIVESTOCK LIMITED UNCONDITIONAL On 28 August 2025 Allied Farmers Limited (“Allied Farmers” NZX: ALF) announced conditional agreement to sell 100% of NZ Farmers Livestock Limited (NZFL) to Rural Livestock Ltd (RLL), a South Island based livestock agency. We are pleased to advise that all of the transaction conditions precedent have been satisfied, and the agreement is now unconditional. Completion remains on target for 1 December 2025.
