BIF – Updated Offer Documents

Booster Investment Management Limited (‘Booster’), in its capacity as manager of the Booster Innovation Fund (‘Fund’), has registered a supplementary document dated 1 December 2025 to be read together with the Product Disclosure Statement (‘PDS’) dated 11 December 2024. The documents also need to be read together with the Other Material Information document (‘OMI’) dated 1 April 2025. The supplementary document is attached. This supplementary document has been prepared to notify that, from 1 December 2025, Allan Yeo stepped down from Booster’s Board of Directors, and Diana Papadopoulos has been appointed to the position of director, replacing her previous role as alternate director to Allan Yeo. This supplementary document replaces and incorporates the previous supplementary document dated 13 June 2025, which was lodged in relation to update of the Booster’s Board of Directors, approved dispute resolution scheme provider and the Fund’s Investment Committee.
