NZX Announcement 8 December 2025 LGFA Board Chair and Audit and Risk Committee Chair Appointments Craig Stobo has decided to step down as Chair of the LGFA board pending the outcome of the independent review of his role as Chair of the Financial Markets Authority (FMA). Philip Cory-Wright has been appointed Chair of the LGFA Board pending the outcome of the review. Separately, Paul Anderson has been appointed Chair of the LGFA Risk and Audit Committee following his election to the Board at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders on 18 November 2025.
