Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and Directors’ Nominations

15 December 2025 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and Directors’ Nominations New Zealand King Salmon Investments Limited (NZX and ASX: NZK) will hold its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on 18 February 2026. The meeting will be held both online and in person at Rutherford Hotel in Nelson. The Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders in January 2026 that will confirm the time along with other details for the meeting. Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is Thursday 8 January 2026. All nominations must be received by 5.00 pm on the closing date. Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.
