NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION AND REDEMPTION OF SECURITIES Pursuant to Listing Rule 3.13.1, Accordant Group Limited (NZX:AGL) advises that the following securities issued by AGL under the AGL Group Securities Share Scheme (“Scheme”) have been redeemed: a) Class of Security: Restricted L shares b) ISIN: NZAWFE0001S8 c) Number redeemed: 381,000 d) Redemption Price: $1.90 e) Payment terms: Cash f) Amount Paid up: $Nil g) Percentage of total class redeemed: 100% restricted L shares h) Reason for redemption: The 381,000 L restricted shares, having qualified for reclassification as ordinary shares, the holders have elected not to repay the company loans by 1 January 2026 and therefore those shares will not be reclassified. Accordingly, the restricted shares are being redeemed by AGL under the rules of the Scheme and cancelled. i) Terms of redemption: The aggregate redemption price is to be applied by AGL in full repayment of the loan made by AGL to the holders in respect of the Restricted L shares. j) Total number of securities in class in existence after redemption: Nil restricted L shares k) Shares to be held as Treasury Stock: No l) Date of redemption: 1 January 2026
