14 January 2026 Change to interest payment date for OCA010 bonds Oceania Healthcare Limited (NZX/ASX: OCA) announces that the upcoming interest payment date of Monday 19 January 2026 for the secured fixed rate bonds “OCA010” (Bonds), will be deferred to the next business day, being Tuesday 20 January 2026. Under the terms for the Bonds, Monday 19 January 2026 is not a business day (it being Wellington Anniversary Day, a day that registered banks are generally closed for business in Wellington), and in accordance with the terms, payment of interest will be made on the next business day.
