Senior Manager Change

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1, Napier Port (NZX:NPH) announces today changes within its senior management team. Napier Port is pleased to announce the appointment of Fleur Murray to the role of General Manager – Corporate Affairs, effective Monday 16 February 2026. Chief Executive Officer Todd Dawson said: “We are delighted to welcome Fleur to Napier Port’s senior management team. Fleur brings a wealth of experience from a broad range of senior executive leadership roles across both the public and private sectors, including Meridian Energy, PG Wrightson's, Inland Revenue, ANZ Bank, the New Zealand Racing Board and TAB, Parliamentary Service, and most recently as Deputy Chief Executive – Corporate Services at the Ministry for Ethnic Communities. “Fleur’s background in corporate services, stakeholder engagement and organisational leadership will be a real asset to Napier Port.
