BNZ fixed rate notes offer closes

Exchange announcement 22 January 2026 BNZ fixed rate notes offer closes Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) confirmed today that the issue size for its offer of a new series of unsecured unsubordinated fixed rate notes (Notes) maturing on 28 January 2031 has been set at NZ$650 million. The margin for the Notes has been set at 0.70% per annum. All of the Notes have been allocated to intermediaries for distribution to their clients. The Notes will be issued on 28 January 2026. The Notes are expected to be quoted on the NZX Debt Market under the ticker code BNZ200.
