ASB announces resignation of Colin MacDonald from the board

ASB Bank Limited (ASB) wishes to advise that Colin MacDonald has given notice of his resignation from the board of directors of ASB. Commenting on Mr MacDonald’s resignation, Chair Dame Therese Walsh says, “I wish to thank Colin for his contribution to ASB during his tenure and on behalf of the Board extend our best wishes”. Mr MacDonald’s resignation from the board of ASB will take effect when the current term of his appointment ends on Sunday, 1 March 2026.
